1 hour Kickboxing Fitness session. This exercise helps release tension, distress, anger, and frustration. Women are more prone to burnout and stress due to repressed emotions, as it's not always safe to express them. Facilitated by Sport instructor Cam Stewart. 6PM-7PM. SLB UG015
