LJMU Student woman event- 30-minute check in to discuss last week’s workshops, booklet exercises, and an opportunity to connect with other women. 5.15pm-5.45pm
Facilitators: Claire Kendrick (LJMU Counsellor), Gina Hindley (LJMU Disability Advisor), Aleks Wrona (LJMU Sports Administration)
1 hour Boxing Fitness session. This exercise helps release tension, distress, anger, and frustration. Women are more prone to burnout and stress due to repressed emotions, as it's not always safe to express them. Facilitated by Sport instructor Cam Stewart. LJMU SPORTS BUILDING STUDIO 2. 6PM-7PM.
15 minutes closing session- check out and evaluation. 7PM-7.15PM. Attending workshop 2a and 2b entitles you to a love to shop voucher.
The top 10 attending students for the series of workshops will win a free LJMU gym voucher.
